I created a popular tutorial on how to use Prefab Variants in Unity, animated in Unity!

Much of Unity teaching material takes the form of video, which is a great medium as they often include step-by-step directions on how to use the engine. However, there’s an untapped market for explaining higher-level concepts that I wanted to explore.
I wanted it to fit the following requirements:
- Encapsulated into a 3 minute video
- Illustrative animations, with visual metaphors
- Structured in such a way that it can be played at a 1.5x rate and still understandable
- Animated within Unity, because it’s fun!
The video had a great reception, with other 31,000 views, 1,800 likes and 108 positive comments.
